Meet Our Team

Robert was born in Cincinnati, Ohio where he graduated from Princeton High School. He brings more than 20 years of experience in Leadership and Management. He also resides on the Executive Board of I.U.E – C.W.A. Local Union No. 84757. Committing to serve others, Robert leadership is at the heart of Crisis Academy Athletic Haven.

Born and raised in Lincoln Heights, Ohio, Toni is a graduate of Princeton High School. Toni fell in love with nonprofits when she was only a young girl. Inspired by attending camps and activities at St. Monica’s Center, Toni quickly developed a passion for charitable work. This stuck with her through the years, leading her to volunteer with many community and church organizations. Toni is the proud mother to 3 children and grandmother to 4. She enjoys attending and serving with her church Citygate, spending quality time with family and traveling.

Unique is a Cincinnati native who graduated from Princeton High School. She then continued her education at Cincinnati State where she obtained her Associates of Arts in Accounting. She went on to further her education at Wilmington University, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration. While working and going to school full time, Unique also served 11 years in the Army. She is still working in her field of expertise alongside being a proud CAAH board member who loves giving back and serving the community.

I have over 25 years’ experience in business in multiple industries including Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Software. My background includes accounting & finance, purchasing, software implementation, project management and non-profit fundraising. My related accomplishments/achievements over the years include earning multiple degrees, business awards, leadership recognition and owning a business. I’ve been blessed to wear the title of ‘Mom’ and am immensely thankful for my family, all my family. I love to bask in positivity and challenge myself to grow and be a better version of myself today than I was yesterday. If I could challenge everyone in the world, it would simply be to be Happy.

Shani R. Hines was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the youngest child out of four children. She is a graduate from the Princeton City School District. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management from Western Governor’s University. She is a dedicated mother of three beautiful children. Shani has a passion for helping others and giving back to the community. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.   

Aneeka Morris was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Married for over 20 years to Richard Morris. Mother of 3 grown children and Neenee (grandmother) to 5 awesome grandchildren. I love spending time and cooking big dinners for my family. I’m very family oriented. I’m the VP of Nutrition of CAAH organization.
